Meet Venus-Tyané
Venus-Tyané Kuya is the founder of Cultured Mirror and a dynamic consultant, keynote speaker, and international teaching artist who believes leadership should be bold, creative, and deeply human. Raised between America and Germany, she brings a global lens and a love of cultural mash-ups to her work—blending story, sound, theatre, and shared experience to spark connection and collaboration.
With a background in musical theatre, global arts education, and an Executive MBA in Arts Innovation, Venus-Tyané has performed on international stages and worked with youth, educators, and leaders across sectors. Through interactive storytelling, devised theatre, and sensory-rich experiences, she helps communities recognize their shared humanity, amplify diverse voices, and transform difference into collective radiance.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when we listen deeply to one another’s stories, we build stronger cultures—and a more connected world.
